Rugpyn & oefening
Ek het 'n baie swak rug (ek is 27!!!!). Die geringste verkeerde beweging en ek is in pyn. Is daar nie oefeninge wat ek kan doen om my rug & maagspiere sterk te maak nie? Ek wil nie die beweeglikheid van 'n 80-jarige op 27-jarige ouderdom hê nie! Ek doen strek oefeninge wat die fisioterapeut voorgestel het, maar dit maak nie my rug sterker nie. Ek voel "handicapped".

I suggest you log onto and join the free gym-based interactive exercise programme called "War ON Wobbles". There you will find many exercises for your back and abs. If you prefer a home-based programme, then log onto the same site but go into the fitness section and you'll find "Shape up for Summer". There are many different cardiovascular options with great goals from which to choose, as well as a range of toning exercises you can do from home.
