running and diet
hello

I do alot of running but still have some weight to shift what do you recommend my diet should consist of .

It is excellent that you do a lot of running which should already help you lose plenty of weight. Click on 'Diet & Nutrition' at the top of this page and do a search with 'Diets for Sportsmen and women' to find all the articles I have written on this subject. Also search for 'Carboloading'.
