Sharp pain behind right eye, off balance, pins and needles<br>

Started getting a sharp pain behind right eye, followed by bad headache. At the same time I've experienced a sense of being off balance, having pins and needles in both arms and legs. Also having little veins burst under the skin which causes great burning sensation. Joint pains.
Any explanation?

Annie, it sounds like it might be due to cluster headaches or migraine, but that doesn’t explain the skin problem. The best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
