I take it we are talking about genital shaving?? or overall body shaving?
Some people like the way their bodies look and feel when they have shaved off all body hair. Guys may feel that it makes them look younger, gives their muscles more definition, or makes their skin feel softer. Penises sometimes look bigger if the pubic hair is trimmed down or shaved. Pubic hair in women can be waxed, shaved or plucked. The sensation caused by the hair growing back as stubble can be very erotic for the person on whom it's growing, as well as the person touching the stubble. Some people like "the look" of a bare vulva, maybe because it appears puffy, or even child-like. For many men who like to look at pornography, they like the look f bare genitals. Many women feel they must "please" their partner, and hence feel pressurised into shaving of waxing. Others find that being shaved or shaving someone else is erotic because it involves a lot of touching. You can use electric clippers or a razor, or waxing.

HIV risks:
Shaving is considered a very low-risk sexual practise for HIV
* HIV can possibly enter your body if you have got big cuts, caused by the shaving.
* Blood from nicks and cuts can remain on shaving equipment. Use clean or new blades. Don't share blades. Be careful of Hepatitis B
* Cover any bleeding cuts with a bandage to prevent them from coming into contact with an infected fluid.

Shaving tips:
* Use a razor blade that you've used once or twice before; it's easier to nick yourself with brand-new ones.
* Putting on talcum or baby powder after shaving can prevent rashes.
* There is a product on the market called "In-gro go"
* Using shaving cream to make shaving with razor's smoother.

Good luck
