shint sprints
i have been jogging for about 3 weeks now, and got "shint sprints" all of a sudden. what can i do to make it better. any advise?

This is very common with novice runners, since the bones adapt to increased impact from running quite slowly (at least 3 months). Therefore, cut back a bit on the distance, run on soft surfaces and ensure your shopes are providing you with adequate shock absorption. If all of these changes don't make any difference, you might need to see your doctor and consider a bone density scan, but my guess is that it is the usual slow adaptationof the bone to your running, so give it time and be prepared to progress slowly.
