Shoulder problem
Turning neck to the left with difficulty, muscle top left of shoulder very stiff. Headaches, stiffness and pain in shoulder areas
Your problem is that of a "facet syndrome" - the nerves supplying the small joints behind the cervical vertebrae (neck) are trapped and referring the pain to the the trapezius muscle. A chiropractic treatment or physiotherapy can be done. If that fails a facet block (injection into the facet joint ) is usually effective
