Sick Leave
Hi there,

The company hired an new receptionist on 1 Feb. She has been off sick monthly for a week at a time. So far she has raked up 12 days of sick leave. How does this situation get dealt with? Will she need to take unpaid sick leave? Can she be dismissed? Please help!!! Driving me mad!
