Silver bullet tablets
Hi everyone!
Can someboby tell me how this tables work, thus they have the side effects, how long thus they start to work. Tell me it is advisable for someone like me in the age of 36 to try them.

Silver bullets are very weak vitamin B complex tablets. they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for an Erection. In the trde they cost approximately R35 per 1000 tabs ( cause they contain virtually no active ingredients)
