Sleeping tablets
When I take any kind of sleeping pills, it has the opposite effect. I toss and turn the whole night instead of falling asleep. Why is this happening?

Star, to tell you the truth, I have no idea. It’s called an idiosyncratic reaction, and we often don’t find a cause. If you can let me know which tablets you have already tried, I might be able to suggest one from a different class of drugs. Good luck.
