Small growth on vulva
About 5 years ago I noticed about 4 small nodules on the outside of the large labia. They are dark brown in colour and look like either a mole or perhaps veins that are near the surface. Recently one of these has got a little larger and is slightly painful if touched when washing. The surface is smooth and generally painless. Could you give me an idea of what I'm dealing with?
It is difficult to say without an examination. You would need to see your doctor to make a diagnosis.
