sore feet and swollen ankles
Ek werk, maar my werk is nie baie demanding nie. Ek sit en werk, maar my voete raak seer- ek kon voor die winter nog my stilletos gedra het, maar nou al sit ek heel dag my voete raak seer. En dan het ek die ander probleem waar my enkels swell. Kan dit iets met my niere te doen he?

It sounds like your feet are being affected by poor circulation, possibly from sitting for too long. Try getting up and moving around regularly during the day, if not you may need to discuss this with your doctor.
