sore legs
I had a checkup a feew months ago (I had a bypass a year ago) and the specialist says I am in good shape. My tests are all okay for cholesterol and pressure. Lately my leg muscles, especially my calf muscles keep on cramping. I do not exercise much. There seems to be no reason for it. What do you think it is?
Dear Sam
Cramping can be caused by low electrolytes ( especially in people taking water tablets) or overexertion. Maybe just check your potassium and sodium blood levels.
