Dear Susan
According to this result there is a significant drop in the percentage of normal sperm, relating to the shape of the sperm head. It is also known that the morphology of the shape of the sperm head is related to its fertility potential and in the case of Amorphic to a larger or higher risk of embryo abnormalities and miscarriages. If all other factors are normal you can than consider several attempts at insemination. In which a sperm wash and separation is done before inserting into your uterus. Should inseminations fail than you may have to look at Invitro fertilisation as an option? Although occasionally natural pregnancy can occur, these are often linked to miscarriage would suggest you see a gynaecologist or a fertility specialist for a full examination and a discussion on the way forward.
