I'm a healthy 23 old female with many spider-veins on my legs. I only eat healthy foods &
exercise 3 - 5 times a week. I'm not overweight (if this is of any importance) I've already gone for costly lazer treatment, which has only made the veins more visible. I am very self-concious & concerned about these veins appearing at such a young age (they started appearing at 19). How would I prevent them from getting worse & what supplement can I take to stop them from getting worse?

Charne, spider veins are very difficult to prevent. You can try wearing those surgical stockings, but they’re so ugly that I’d rather have the veins. If they’re big enough you can also have them injected one by one. At the end of the day the best would be to see a dermatologist who specialises in cosmetic work. Good luck.
