spinning and back pain
I have recently started spinning. However I have developed lower back pain, particularly in my right hip. Some people say spinning is not good for the back. Is this true or is there a way to avoid back problems and continue spinning?
Hi Anne
Go get checked out by a physio and also get the spinning instructor to check your saddle position. Once in balance you will be fine.
