Sternum pain
Everytime I stretch my chest bone snaps (similar to cracking your fingers). It happens quite easily and has started hurting.
What can I do to prevent this?
What can I do to prevent this?
Dear Alex
It seems that the only way to prevent this is by not stretching!
Seriously- I don't know. If it is that uncomfortable you should go and see your doctor who can send you for some x-rays if he thinks it is necessary.
