Stomach cramping and gassiness
Hi Doc, I have a wheat intolerance so keep off any wheat products. My problem of developing wind always happens after lunch which usually comprises yoghurt with a powder meal supplement (wheat free) and fruit (apple or what ever is in season). I have oats for breakfast which doesn't affect me at all. It's just from mid-day onwards.
I'm active (going to gym 3-4 times a week), work full day and am currently attending lectures at night to complete my MBA. I am 40 but haven't suffered any noticeable hormonal changes.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Nicki, it’s difficult to say from this side of the screen, but you might be a bit lactose intolerant. You can test this by eliminating dairy from your diet for a week and see what happens. Good luck.
