Stomach during pregnancy 3rd trimester
I have had my gall bladder removed a few years ago but I am getting stomach cramps similar to when I had a problem with this. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. I have had all my liver function tests etc to rule out preeclampsia and my BP is normal. What else could be causing stomach pains under my ribs? No other symptoms like spotting, bleeding, fever, chills, vaginal discharge, faintness, discomfort while urinating, nausea, vomiting. I am not constipated either. I asked the doc if it could be the baby getting under my ribcage, but he thinks it may be hormone related or pressure on intestines. I am just worried pain may escalate.

Most likely pressure from the uterus pushing up.
