Strange spots.
Dear Cyberdoc,

I have found that I am breaking in out in spots on my arms and back, they are small and white in colour and don't tan, I have been told that they are "sun spots". Should I be worried and what will take them away?

Erin, it sounds like a superficial yeast infection called tinea versicolor. The best treatment is Lamisil® spray, but if the pharmacist can’t confirm the diagnosis you will have to see your doctor first. Good luck.
