Stress incontinence
Dear Gynaedoc
I had a baby over 9 months ago and even though I am doing my Kegels, I still have stress incontinence. Is it normal for it to take some time to improve after having a baby? (I had a caesarean birth anyway).
Also - if this continues to be a problem, is it possibe to have the incontinence surgery during a caesar? I plan to have another child.
Thanks
Katherine

The stress incontinence should have improved by now. You can't have incontinence surgery as part of a caesarean. It would have to be a seperate procedure.
