I have lost a quite a bit of weight and now have terrible stretchmarks on the back of my calves and thighs, etc. Any help on how to remedy this?

If you exercise regularly, these areas will become more toned and the skin well nourished with an increased blood supply; this should improve the appearance of the skin. You can also go to a pharmacy and ask for advice about creams you could apply that contain Vitamin E and other oils that might help to decrease the visibility of the stretch marks.
