swelling in abdominal area
I am a lady in my forties, fairly fit, I have noticed a distinct swelling in my groin area, as
per above I have no pain, feels like I need to go to the toilet, quite uncomfortable - I have just
strained my lower back area due to lifting some furniture - I am on anti-inflammatories and
pain tablets, and have been instructed to just rest, I only noticed this swelling tonight and am
concerned. Please Advise

Betty, it sounds like you have a hernia. The best would be to ask your GP to take a look for you. Good luck.
