Swimming Programme
Hi
I'm busy with the swimming prgramme, the one where you swim 600m after 6 weeks. On Friday of week 1 the re is this description "PULL 1 X 25M FREESTYLE EASY". What does the pull mean?
Thanks

Hi Scuzzy
It means you don't kick on that 25 m stretch, but only "pull" with your arms. I'm sure you'll see other sessions where you just kick - this would require the use of a board. But for pull, you just keep your legs 'lazy' and pull with your arms.
Good luck
