tachycardia
well, i suffer from panic attacks. Most quite horrible. Anyway, concerning the rapid heart beat, just how " fast" can the heart beat, ''safely'', without exploding/rupturing and wot not? This concerns me. Thanks alot
Brian
The maximum heart rate that can safely be tolerated is 220 less your age during exercise or stressed conditions. Your heart will not not rupture or explode but you can risk heart attack or heart failure with a higher heart rate.
