Taebo
I have just started doing Taebo(two sessions at home so far). As yet I have not really felt my muscles working, especially my stomach muscles. Am I doing something wrong or does this just take time?

It is VERY early days yet - so don't give up! You will probably only notice a visible difference in up to 6 weeks, but you should still feel that muscles are being worked. I suggest you have a session with a personal trainer to assess whther you are doing the exercises correctly.
