taebo
hi,

what benefits does taebo have? if i just do taebo, and spinning wil it tone my body? or wil i stil need to do weight training?

Hi Kris

Yes, to both. Just because they're 'cardio' exercises doesn't mean they don't tone as well. So provided you do them often enough and at the right intensity, then you'll certainly see the effects. And if you don't have time for weight training or interest in doing it, then it's not really necessary, for most people.

So taebo is good for overall fitness, balance and co-ordination, muscle control and specific muscle groups which perform the movements.
