Talking through your nose
I have a grandaughter aged 4 and her preschool teacher says we need to take her to an ENT as she talks through her nose.

Dear Jenny

Nasal speech may be due to a number of causes, and visiting an ENT is a good suggestion, as she would need an examination to exclude possibilities. This could range from enlarged adenoids to a blocked nose due to allergies.
An examination will rule out speculation.
