I would like to know is there one Aids test that can been done or are there quite a few of them if you did one of them and it came negative does that mean thats all fine?Or there is another test to be done?

Smile, the test for HIV have been standardised and most laboratories do the same tests. If the test result was negative, there is no reason to have another one done. Good luck.
