I am getting married in four months. I try to go to gym at least 3 times a week but because of all the wedding stuff sometimes I don't get there as often. Also with the normal wedding stress - I sometimes attack the biscuits/cakes.

Could you tell me if thins will have a negative effect on my body with regards to me wanting to fall pregnant after the wedding?

Dear Jean
Congratulations on your wedding. I am not in favour of any product that contains ephedrine, pseudo-epinephrine or synephrine which can cause a long list of negative side-effects (dependence, addiction, tremors, insomnia, palpitations, irritability, psychotic reactions, etc). These products have been banned in many countries because of their negative side-effects, which include addiction and dependence. They are also not permitted during the conception period or pregnancy. So please rather control your snacking on cakes (have fresh fruit or wholewheat crackers with fat-free cottage cheese instead) and don't take products that can make you jittery or addicted during this important time of your life. If you make a plan to go for a brisk walk every day or spend the money on joining a good gym, you will also control your weight, firm up and relax.
Have a wonderful wedding
