I had removed my tonsils on the 4th of January 2002. My problem is i experience the dryness on my throat and it make me cough extensively but after i have drank water i am fine , Can it be due to the removing my tonsils.

Lindsay, it doubt that it is due to the tonsillectomy, but I suppose it is possible. It’s more likely to be due to a chronic infection or an allergy. The best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
