TODS AND DRINKING WATER
Hi, could you please advise as to how much children +- 4 year olds should be drinking daily. does the 8 glasses a day rule apply to them as well? Thank you.

Thandi, the daily fluid requirements of a healthy 4-year-old child are 85ml/kg/24h. This includes all forms of liquid and not just the water/cool drinks he drinks. Good luck.
