Training and Preggies
Hi there

Firstly, thanks Rene, for your helpful and encouraging words. I will test again in about a weeks time. I hope that I am, but if not, I will continue trying.

I am a healthy person, who enjoys gym. I was wondering, can I continue to do my routine and carry on like normal, or should I slow down now that I am trying to fall preggies???

I feel as though by me doing gym, I am taking my mind off falling preggies, it helps. I am just worried, that should I be preggies, I have done so damage because of me training.

Help please.

You can carry on with your gym routine, but will need to slow down when you are pregnant.
