twitching leg
Hi, for nearly 3 days now the upper part of my right leg (not sure what it's called, not far away from my groin) seems to twitch, it's not painful but it is rather annoying, i've had this before but it's never stuck around for this long!
What could it be?

Dear Worried
It can be an involuntary muscle movement - try massaging, heat pads, or a muscle relaxant like Norflex.
