ulcer friendly food
My friend's ulcer burst last week & luckily she survived - what she's been advised to do is pin-up on her fridge a list of what she is allowed to eat. If possible could you please assist in this matter with a comprehensive list of ulcer-friendly foods......
Thankyou

Sharl, the only thing that has been consistently proven to cause ulcers, is pepper. Foods that often cause irritation include fruit juices, spicy foods, fatty foods and coffee (even decaffeinated). Smoking is a definite no-no and alcohol may also cause problems.
