underactive thyroid
hi,would like to know if reflexology will help for an underactive thyroid and will it balance the thyroid levels.Iam on eltroxin for the last 5 months and i would not like tostay on eltroxin long term.

We never recommend that you stop any medication. It would depend on your age, lifestyle and diet.
Reflexology does help to bring your body to a balance - that depends on the individual what that 'balance' is.
Reflexology also cannot harm - which is a good thing. So if you want give it a try - i would receomment that you go to a registered reflexologist.
