Unwanted pregnancy
Hi, Me and my wife to be are getting maried next month. We obviously dont want a baby now as we would prefer to enjoy our lives together. We planning to have kids in two years time. How effective is the Pill for her, When should she start taking it, how safe is it and is there any side affects.

The Pill is more than 99% safe. It would be a good idea to start at least a month before the wedding to allow her system to adapt. Have a look under Contraception on this site for detailed information on the Pill.
