Upper Body Aerobic Workout
Hi there
I was wondering if you have any suggestions for an upper body aerobic workout. My hamstrings are injured and I can do no walking, running, swimming or cycling. I already do weights at gym and punch a heavy bag. Any other great ideas? Many thanks.

Hi there

How about rowing? This is a great workout. I would also consider swimming - just use a pool buoy between your legs and use your arms to swim. Finally, try the cross-trainer if it doesn't hurt your hamstring - another machine that gives a very good workout.
