Upper body and fat loss

I have been gymming 4-5 times a week for the last 10 weeks. My goals were to lose weight and sculpt my shoulders and arms. I have been spinning twice a week and the otyher two days are spent doing a 3km run then 2 sets of 10, 3 exercises, as hard as possible. Then 1500m row and then another 3 weights exercises followed by 10 step machine and finally some ab workout.

Will the weight training combined with the cardio help me reach my goals?
