good morning laddies and Gynae, i' ve got a friend of mine who got miscarriage last week. she' s got blood clot on her thigh. is there any body who knows if this can cause miscarriage. she really needs help. me too need a clarity of what is blood clot or sorry for the wrong spelling. sorry to waste your time laddies. Dear Nickname 1
A blood clot in the thigh is possibly a deep vein thrombosis. There is an association between deep vein thrombosis and recurrent miscarriages. The condition that would cause both is called Antiphospholipid syndrome. There are blood tests available to see if your friend has this condition. Your friend should please consult her gynaecologist to assess if she has this condition or not.
