Vasectomy pregnancy?
Can it be possible that after a vacectomy of +- 5 years, it can grow back and my wife can become pregnant?

Blues, it’s highly unlikely, but it is possible. The easiest thing to do is to go for a semen analysis at any of the pathology labs (Niehaus, Du Boisson’s, Lancet, etc.). The test will be able to tell whether you’re fertile or not. Good luck.
