My husband went for a Dopler test today, and was found to have vasicocele. We were not able to see the urologist yet. His sperm result read that he was subfertile. What does this all mean? Can it be fixed, and what are our chances of getting pregnant once the problem is fixed.

Dear MH

In general varicoceles are fairly easily corrected and the outcome of the procedure is usually very good in terms of improvement in sperm quality.
