Hallo Jenny
the only way to lose tummy fat is to lose weight overall. Loose skin can be removed by a plastic surgeon, and stomach muscles can be tightened by doing stomach muscle exercises. Varicose veins are usually veins with incompetent valves (permanent damage) and if really bad, the only solution is to remove the diseased veins with an operation. Superficial varicose veins do not normally cause dangerous blood clots, it is the deep vein clots that are more risky.
