Vitamin C - buffered
Can you please let me know what the difference is between buffered and non-buffered Vitamin C tablets? I have heard that the non-buffered ones can damage your stomach lining, is this true? How do I know if they are buffered or not?

Amanda,

You have the rigt idea. The buffered or enteric coated ones will state that on the package - Best would be to ask one of the assistants at your local pharmacy for help.
