Waterretention
I am 32 weeks pregnant and suffers from waterretention , mostly in my leggs. Is there any save,natural way to eas the problem? My Dr. do not believe in giving me waterpills.

Water pills are not a good idea in pregnancy. There isn't really a way of decreasing the leg swelling apart from resting and keeping your legs up as much as you can. You should also have your blood pressure checked regularly as severe swelling can sometimes be an indicator of high blood pressure.
