Weight and PCOS
I' ve recently had a blood suger test done and I' m not diabetic. I have PCOS (diagnosed 7 years ago). I lose weight but gain it quickly even after keeping to a low GI diet. Is there anything I can take to help me with my weight? I' m currently 18kg' s overweight after being losing 20 and gaining 8kg' s again in 2 months.

Other than a diet and exercise program, there isn't anyhting else you can do. A dietician may help.
