Weight Loss
Good morning CS
Just want to share that with the help of my gastric bypass on 27.11.20413, I have managed to shed 21.1kg! Still another 25kg to go, but I cannot tell you what this has done for me and my confidence. It''s not an easy road, and gastric bypass is not for sissies, but I do not for one minute regret my decision. I am learning new healthy eating habits, but my head is still not reconciled with my stomach. My head wants a large portion, but my stomach simply cannot manage the portion. One would think that our heads would know this, and we would automatically dish up the 1/2 to 1 cup that we are allowed to eat, but no! Even when I do dish up the correct portion, my head tells me that it will never be enough to fill me, but of course I''m always wrong! So many people have noticed the weight loss, and the compliments are very good for my confidence, but sadly, I don''t see the difference in the mirror. Of course my clothes size has changed (I''ve dropped 3 sized), but the mind is not in sync with what''s happening to my body.
Enjoy your day
