Dear D
If you study to become a dietitian there will certainly be more than enough work for you. Here are some of the options: a) working for organisations - hospitals, old age homes, etc, food service institutions which provide large-scale catering, food manufacturers, magazines, etc b) working in private practice as a clinical dietitian c) teaching dietetics at universities and Technikons d) working as a community dietitian for the Dept of Health. You can also contact ADSA at: (011) 447-4187 and ask about the profession.
Good luck
