Whey protein
Good day
Ek het 2 maande terug begin oefen met gewigte en bietjie cardio. Meestal gewigte want volgens raad wat ek gekry het verbrand gewigte baie meer vet as cardio agv die spiere wat mens bou.Iemand het my aangeraai om WHEY PROTEIN te gebruik nadat ek geoefen het. Sal u dit voorstel as ek gewig wil verloor maar ook ge" tone"  wil wees.

I don't think it's necessary. People use whey protein to help them build muscle, bulk up, and your objective is the opposite. I think you'd be better served sorting out a good, balanced diet (spend the money you would spend on whey proteins on a consultation that will last you months) and then just continue with your training.
