white on tonsils
Hi

I have got white spots on my tonsils, i have tried to remove it with an earbud and managed to get some off but it has a really bad smell (gross!!!!!) - what could this be??

Hallo Cindy
this is called tonsolliths and is caused by calsification of tonsillar gland secretions. IF you can't remove them by gargling etc, you can ask an ENT surgeon to remove them for you. It is quite common in young people.
