Why a RED face?
Hi
When I do any sort of cardio exercise my face - ONLY my face - goes so red it's almost purple (well, depending on the exertion, but if I run for 20 or 30 mins that's what happens). I know people go red at the face and neck, but my face seems far redder than most other people's. Why?

Hi Janet
Perhaps your cooling mechanisms (eg sweating) are not as effective as some others. Also, perhaps as you get fitter and your sweating response also adapts, this will be less of a problem. I wouldn't worry about it too much - at least you are exercising regularly!
